Mr. Dinkler worked for the Southwest Florida Water Management District during the state’s transition to the Environmental Resource Permitting process, and served as the Environmental Manager of the Sarasota Regulation Department for 8 years. He has served as an environmental consultant since 2004.

Dr. Huegel has been a faculty member of the University of Florida where he co-founded the Cooperative Urban Wildlife Extension Program. He also established the Environmental Lands Division within Pinellas County’s Department of Environmental Management and served as Division Administrator for 12 years. He has served as an environmental consultant since 2004.
